The recommended seared dish introduced here is grilled skewers using Tottori's locally raised chicken, "Daisen-dori. Daisen chicken raised in a natural environment with clean air and water is full of nutrients and concentrated flavor! Each skewer is carefully grilled by our chefs and is juicy and the more you bite into it, the more the flavor will spread in your mouth. It is recommended as an accompaniment to alcoholic beverages!
