Introduced first is a recommendation for seared dishes. The photo shows "hokke dried overnight" which is a standard dish at izakaya (Japanese style pubs). The plump, grilled meat has little flavor and is easy to enjoy. Please enjoy the flavor of hokke and its savory aroma.

The second photo shows a sumptuous steak made from "misuji," which is only a few kilograms of meat from one cow. The sauce of grated onion and apple matches perfectly with the flavor of the meat tenderloin! We hope you enjoy it.
