Hello, I am the PR manager for Ebisu Higashiguchi Ekimae Branch of Rakuzo Utage, a private room restaurant.

The day after tomorrow, August will finally arrive. For a change of pace, please come to "Rakuzo Utage Ebisu Higashiguchi Ekimae" when you want to enjoy a meal with a cold sake or drink after work or going out. Our restaurant offers creative Japanese cuisine in a cool private room.

The first dish we would like to introduce is seared fish. This is "Seared Salmon Sashimi with Grated Oba Leaves". The beautifully colored seared salmon is served with grated shiso leaves. You will enjoy the aromatic salmon made richer by the searing process.

Other dishes include one of the izakaya's standard fish dishes, dried hokke (hokke) overnight / 759 yen (tax included).

The next item we will introduce is a juicy and satisfying meat dish. This is "Blackened Oyadori Shoulder Meat and Japanese Oyadori Chicken Mixture" using Tottori's locally raised chicken, "Oyama Dori". The black appearance may surprise some people, but the more you bite into it, the more the flavor of the meat overflows. We hope you enjoy it.
