Hello, I am the PR manager for Ebisu Higashiguchi Ekimae Branch of Rakuzo Utage, a private room restaurant.

It is now the second week of February. The other day was Setsubun, and some of you may have enjoyed bean-throwing and ehoumaki rolls. Next week is Valentine's Day, and there are many events in February. This is the "Ajiwai (hot pot) Course" which includes 8 dishes from seasonal appetizers to after-dinner dessert. This course is served in a private room, so you can enjoy your meal without worrying about your surroundings. For the main course, we offer "Yose-nabe" (Yose-nabe of young chicken and soft bone Tsukune), which is perfect for the current season. This nabe dish is filled with plenty of ingredients and is very satisfying.
