Seafood to accompany sake and shochu

Straw-roasted bonito tataki / 979 yen (tax included)

Sake and shochu lovers, why not enjoy seafood to accompany your drinks? Introduced as the first item on our autumn menu is "Straw-Baked Bonito Tataki". Please enjoy the aroma of the straw-roasted bonito that stimulates your appetite. We have also included condiments for you to use as you wish.

Jumbo nameko mushroom tempura / 649 yen (tax included)

Next up is the crispy fried "Jumbo Funghi Mushroom Tempura". The crispy batter is filled with jumbo nameko mushrooms from Hida Takayama! One bite and you will enjoy the characteristic texture, aroma, and flavor of nameko mushrooms. It is a recommended menu item that goes great with beer. We hope you enjoy it.

In addition, for those who prefer meat, we also offer "Beef skewers of medium-rare beef ribs with Hokkaido wasabi / 429 yen (tax included)" and "Red meat steak of Japanese black beef / 2,189 yen (tax included)".
