Ajillo is one of the tapas of Spanish cuisine, a small dish of seafood, vegetables, and other ingredients cooked in garlic-infused olive oil. We have arranged this ajillo in our restaurant's style using Japanese ingredients. The oil is infused with the aroma and umami of the fresh seaweed and shirasu, and served over a baguette.
