[A Wide Variety of Delicious Finishing Dishes] From classics to “Yakitori Tsukune TKG,” we offer a diverse selection! | All-Private-Room Restaurant RAKUZO, Fuchu Branch

Hello, I am the PR person in charge of RAKUZO Fuchu.

To wrap up a dinner party by saying, “That was fun!” and calling it a night, it’s essential to end with something delicious, isn’t it? It’s no exaggeration to say that this final dish sets the tone for the entire meal, so you’ll want to choose it carefully. At our restaurant, we offer a wide variety of options, ranging from classic izakaya finishing dishes to unique offerings that showcase our restaurant’s signature style. We invite you to explore our menu and find something that suits your taste and mood.

When it comes to classic ways to wrap up a night at an izakaya,

When you think of a classic way to wrap up a night at an izakaya, what comes to mind? I bet many of you thought of “ochazuke.” Ochazuke—where rice is soaked in tea until it’s light and fluffy—is easy to eat even when you’re full, which is why so many people choose it. At our restaurant, we offer two varieties: “salmon” and “plum.” There’s something comforting about a warm bowl of ochazuke, isn’t there? It’s a recommended dish that naturally leads to comments like, “We had a great time today,” after you finish eating.

TKG That Captures the Essence of Our Restaurant

One of our signature dishes is yakitori made with “Daisen Chicken.” A dish that’s particularly popular for embodying our restaurant’s unique style is the “TKG with Yakitori Tsukune to Finish.” It’s a luxurious bowl of tamago kake gohan (TKG) topped with a generous portion of yakitori tsukune. The sweet and savory yakitori sauce clings to the rice, creating an irresistibly delicious combination! You can mix the egg yolk into the rice or dip the tsukune in it—either way is fine. Although the menu item is labeled “To Finish,” you’re welcome to order it at the start or even midway through your meal.
