Have you enjoyed winter's tasty one-pot meals or dishes that are unique to winter? It is a cold season, but let's eat warm dishes to get through the winter. Today, we would like to introduce our recommended seasonal dishes.
Ginger soy milk nabe with young chicken and soft bone Tsukune - 890 yen/person
In winter, when dryness is a concern, we recommend the collagen-rich "Ginger Soy Milk Nabe with Young Chicken and Cartilage Tsukune". The broth is full of chicken flavor and rich, but the ginger flavor gives this nabe a light aftertaste. We hope you will try this nabe dish, which offers the dual benefits of "collagen for beautiful skin" and "ginger to warm the body.
Seared duck in a grass pot - 1,280 yen per person *Available from 2 servings.
This hot pot offers duck meat, which is rare. Compared to chicken, the meat is firm and satisfying, and has a juicy flavor that is different from chicken. The aroma peculiar to duck is not bothersome when served with vegetables such as Japanese parsley and pea shoots that are included in the pot. Rich in vitamins and iron, duck is a nutritious dish that you can enjoy at our restaurant.
Japanese A4 Wagyu red meat steak - 1,780 yen
As the centerpiece of our winter menu, we have prepared "Japanese A4 Wagyu Beef" thigh steak. Although lean, it is tender and easy to eat for those who do not like fatty meat such as filet mignon.
Eel chazuke (broiled eel on rice) - 680 yen
Thick broiled eel served with ochazuke (rice with green tea). This Hitsu-mabushi style dish is also popular as a finishing dish.
