The seasons come and go.
Just as the seasons change, so do our customers' appetites.
We are always thinking about how we can offer dishes that will please our customers.
Among our extensive menu, we would like to introduce a number of dishes that are innovative and rarely found in other restaurants.
Monjayaki is a specialty of Tsukishima, Tokyo.
Monjayaki is said to have originated when flour was melted and baked thin, then dipped in soy sauce or honey.
Monjayaki and croquette may seem like an unexpected combination, but in recent years it has become a bit of a boom food in Asakusa.
The monjayaki itself has a thick texture, but by making it into croquettes, the outside is crispy and the inside is tender, which is a strange sensation.
The taste is of course delicious and easy to eat.
I highly recommend it.
Shrimp chili and shrimp mayo are probably commonly eaten, but shrimp, cream cheese, and raayu are an interesting combination.
The raayu is a little tangy and spicy, but the cream cheese serves to reduce the spiciness, making it very easy to eat and delicious.
Even those who do not like spicy food will find it easy to eat as it is moderately spicy.
Please come and try it!
Rakuzo Fuchu is a Japanese dining room with all private rooms.
Private rooms of various sizes are available for small drinking parties, business entertainment, dinners, medium-sized banquets, and large groups.
We will color your banquet with dishes that are popular among men and women of all ages. Please be sure to try our most popular dishes such as beef tongue and grilled skewers.
We also have creative dishes that we are proud of. Please enjoy our specialties.
