Today, we would like to introduce you to our recommended egg menu that will make your heart smile.
 

Gentle yellow and relaxing

Dashi-scented dashimaki tamago (rolled egg) 637 yen (tax included)
When you put it in your mouth, the gentle flavor of egg and the aroma of dashi (Japanese soup stock) will gradually spread. We are confident that this dish will be enjoyed by men and women of all ages. It goes well with both alcoholic beverages and side dishes. It can be served as is or with grated daikon (Japanese radish).
 

Onsen tamago (hot spring eggs) with a thick yolk that is irresistible.

For those who prefer to start with a salad, we recommend this Sadara. We have added an onsen tamago (egg) to the standard Caesar salad. At first, you can enjoy the salad as it is, but if you break the thick yolk in the middle, you can enjoy two different tastes.
Two sizes are available: for 2 persons and for 3-4 persons, depending on the number of people using the dish.
