We are gradually beginning to feel the arrival of summer in earnest. Our recommended summer menu is also popular at our restaurant.
We hope you will enjoy this seasonal delicacy, which uses plenty of fresh ingredients unique to summer and the feeling of the summer sun.

Delicious sashimi! Thinly sliced North Sea Water Octopus


While the true octopus is in season in winter, the water octopus is in season in summer. It is called "mizu-dako" (meaning "water octopus") because its body contains more water than that of the true octopus. It is also called "Hokkai-dako" (northern sea octopus) because it is caught mostly in northern regions.
The meat is characterized by its softness and sweetness, and is most delicious as sashimi! Please try both thinly sliced legs and suckers to compare the differences.

Chanpuru means "mixed together" in Okinawan. It is a stir-fry of various ingredients such as vegetables and tofu.
This nutritious bitter melon stir-fry is a must-try when you are feeling a little tired. It also goes great with beer.
