Our restaurant is particularly particular about "seared" dishes. Our chefs have worked out every detail of the seared dishes, including the degree of doneness, grilling time, and distance from the fire, to create a variety of excellent dishes that bring out the flavor of the ingredients and go well with alcoholic beverages.
In this issue, we would like to introduce you to a typical "seared" menu item, the "kushiyaki" (grilled skewers). Please be sure to order it when you visit our restaurant.
This "Assorted 5 Japanese Skewers" is an assortment of the standard skewers: "momo, negima, gizzard, chicken skin, and liver. Each skewer is grilled to a different degree of doneness and for a different length of time, and all are served at the optimum timing, a dish that is a testament to the skill of our chefs. Please share this dish with everyone. You can choose from salt or sauce.
If you are ordering it as a stand-alone item, liver is a recommended dish. Some people may not like it, but liver made from fresh Daisen chicken parts is a great dish with a rich flavor, yet easy to eat. If you are feeling down, try the liver. Of course, we also recommend the other skewers. Please order as you like.
Rakuzo Fuchu is a Japanese dining room with all private rooms.
Private rooms of various sizes are available for small drinking parties, business entertainment, dinners, medium-sized banquets, and large groups.
We will color your banquet with dishes that are popular among men and women of all ages. Please be sure to try our most popular dishes such as beef tongue and grilled skewers.
