Creative snacks with your first drink | Rakuzo Fuchu

We have many creative dishes that have been well received by our customers. This time, we would like to introduce some of our snacks that are perfect to enjoy with your first drink. They are perfect for enjoying in between drinks while sipping a little at a time. Please feel free to order any of them when you visit our restaurant.
 

A bold twist on cream cheese


This is "Hokkaido Cream Cheese with Rayu". This is one of the novel and new menu items, in which raayu is added to cream cheese. While an unexpected combination, the spicy raayu and rich cream cheese are a perfect match. We hope you will try it as a snack.

Condiments promote alcohol.


This is "chilled tofu covered with condiments. It is a dish with a big impact, with so much condiments on it that you can hardly see the chilled tofu. It is said that condiments are good for the body, so why not try it? Tofu is also rich in protein, so it is recommended when you are tired.
We also offer a variety of other creative dishes. From snacks to salads, main courses, and desserts, we have a lineup that will keep you coming back for more. We hope you will enjoy our delicious drinks with your favorite dishes.
