Autumn is the season when many delicious foods are available. Many people probably dine out during this time of year in search of delicious food, as it is called "the season of appetite. At our restaurant, we also offer a wide variety of autumn delicacies for everyone to enjoy.
This time, we would like to introduce two of them that you can enjoy as a small snack. Please be sure to order them when you visit our restaurant.
 

You can enjoy the taste of sweet potatoes easily.


This is "Sweet Potato Stick - 2 kinds of dip". It is made by lightly frying thinly sliced sweet potatoes, and can be eaten as a snack. The unique texture is appealing, and the flavor of the sweet potato can be enjoyed. Two types of dips, sweet sauce and onion sour cream, are available, so please enjoy it as you like.
 

Speaking of the taste of autumn, mushrooms are the most popular!


This is "Seared Hanpen and Mushrooms Baked in Foil". Mushrooms, which become delicious in the fall, are wrapped and baked with hanpen. The aroma of the mushrooms is captured by the cooking method, so that when the dish arrives on the table, it is filled with the wonderful aroma of the mushrooms. The buttery soy sauce is a perfect match!
In addition to these dishes, the restaurant offers a variety of other dishes using ingredients that are in season. We are proud of all of them, and we would be happy if you could order any of them to your liking.
 
Rakuzo Fuchu is a Japanese dining room with all private rooms.
