Our restaurant prides itself on its "seburi" technique. Unlike simply "grilling" food, the technique of "aburi" is profound in terms of the amount of heat, the way the fire is applied, the time, timing, and order of grilling, and is not something that can be easily learned in a short period of time.
Our chefs are highly skilled and have many years of experience working in various restaurants. We hope that many of you will enjoy the "Aburi" menu items created by their skills, all of which are excellent.
In this issue, we would like to introduce some of the exquisite meat dishes from our "Aburi" menu.
 

Three kinds of meat to enjoy


This is the "Rakuraku's 3 Kinds of Meat Platter (Nakafoshi Kalbi, Tokusen Pork, and Wakadori)". This is one of our most popular menu items, allowing you to enjoy grilled young chicken, medium-rare kalbi, and special pork on a single plate. Please enjoy the flavor of each meat while it is freshly grilled and hot. We also have a variety of sauces and condiments.
 

Beef tongue has a pleasant crunchy texture.


This is "Seared Beef Tongue. This deliciously seared beef tongue has a unique crunchy texture, and the flavor spreads in your mouth as you bite into it. The beef tongue is grilled to a fluffy perfection without losing any of its flavor, so you can enjoy its juiciness and deliciousness at the same time.
 
Rakuzo Fuchu is a Japanese dining room with all private rooms.
Private rooms of various sizes are available for small drinking parties, business entertainment, dinners, medium-sized banquets, and large groups.
