Our restaurant offers a variety of limited-time-only menus that can be enjoyed at any given time of the year, depending on the season. The winter-only menu that we are offering this season is also made with seasonal ingredients. We hope you will feel free to order them, as our chefs have added their own special touches while making the most of the flavors of the ingredients.
 

We used cold yellowtail, which is in season in winter.


This is "Oita's Local Cuisine: Cold Yellowtail Ryukyu". Ryukyu" is sashimi of yellowtail marinated in sesame and soy sauce, and is a popular local dish of Oita Prefecture. We use our original kneaded sesame seeds for this dish. We hope you will enjoy the taste of the meaty cold yellowtail.
 

This is "Celery Pickled in Five Seconds of Rayu". This spicy pickle uses celery, a vegetable characterized by its bitterness. The crunchy texture of celery and the spicy stimulation of the celery will promote your alcohol consumption. The flavor of lemon and the spiciness of raayu also enhance the taste of celery.
 

Steak filled with craftsmanship


This "Japanese A4 Wagyu Red Meat Steak" is made from high quality Wagyu beef and carefully grilled to preserve its juices and flavor, a dish that shows the skill of our chefs. One bite and the flavor of the beef will burst in your mouth. You can enjoy a different flavor by adding the accompanying "herb salt" or wasabi (Japanese horseradish).
 
Rakuzo Fuchu is a Japanese dining room with all private rooms.
