Our restaurant focuses on "seared" seafood. Especially when it comes to seafood, searing makes it very savory, and our customers are often delighted when we bring it to their tables.
Of course, they are all delicious when eaten. In this issue, we would like to introduce our seared menu. We hope you will enjoy them with sake or shochu.
This is "Aburi-Seared Vinegared Mackerel". The surface of the vinegared mackerel is seared just before serving to give it a unique aroma. This is a popular menu item at our restaurant, and many customers order it because they like the aroma. During this season, mackerel is very tasty. It goes well with sake and other drinks, so please order it together.
This is the "Surume Cuttlefish Seared with Sweet and Spicy Seasoning". It is a dish in which squid is slowly seared, and along with the sweet and spicy flavor, you can enjoy the crunchy texture of the slices of squid. The sweet and spicy flavor goes well with sake, and while one usually thinks of arame as an accompaniment to sake, seared squid is also very tasty. Please try this one as well.
