Our restaurant, "All-Seater Private Room Rakuzo - RAKUZO - Fuchu Branch" is proud of its creative Japanese cuisine, and we would like to introduce some of the best dishes that our staff recommends. If you are visiting our restaurant for the first time, please give it a try.
 

The crunchy texture of the cartilage is irresistible!

We are proud of our yakitori, which is made from the finest chickens. We have many popular parts of the chicken such as negima, liver, and skin, but our staff recommends the "Japanese Chicken Tsukune Skewer with Cartilage"! Our tsukune are made from different chicken meat, so there is no odor at all, and you can enjoy the concentrated flavor of the chicken. The soft tsukune skewers are also filled with cartilage bones, giving them a crunchy texture that is sure to make you want another skewer.
 

How about a rice dish perfect for shime?

After drinking a lot of sake, you will appreciate something light to eat. We recommend the "Dashimaki Oyako Meshi," which is rice topped with hot dashi broth and dashimaki rolls, a dish that is easy to eat but surprisingly hearty and satisfying. The dashimaki on top can be eaten as is, or broken up and blended into the broth for an even deeper flavor.
We also have a wide variety of other recommended menus. Please feel free to ask our staff about the recommended menu of the day.
