At our restaurant, we change the dishes of our courses according to the seasons. Now, it has been changed to include a full range of spring vegetables that allow you to enjoy the deliciousness of spring!
In this issue, we would like to introduce our recommended courses for enjoying the tastes of the season.

This course features a total of 10 dishes using seasonal spring vegetables and a variety of seasonal ingredients. In this course, you can enjoy a double main course of [seafood] and [grilled dish] from the mountains and the sea.
We use an abundance of spring vegetables, such as to accompany appetizers and grilled dishes. A sweet dish is also included at the end of the meal, making it a hearty meal.
This is available for reservations up to 14 on the day of the event. This is recommended for urgent dinner parties!
The "Seasonal Creation Course", which includes 10 dishes and all-you-can-drink for 2 hours, is priced at 4,000 yen (tax included).

A little luxurious today! This course is recommended for those days when you want to enjoy a little luxury. You can enjoy dishes carefully prepared with ingredients of a higher grade and seasonal ingredients.
Enjoy to your heart's content the chef's special selection of sashimi, a gem using sea bream, snow crab, Japanese black beef, sea bream rice, and other sumptuous ingredients.
Meal only is available for 4,500 yen (excluding tax). Please make a reservation for this course at least one day in advance.

Rakuzo Fuchu is a Japanese dining room with all private rooms.
