<![CDATA[こんにちは、全席個室 楽蔵‐RAKUZO‐ 府中店PR担当です。
Our restaurant offers a wide variety of delicious dishes. Of course, we also offer a wide variety of drinks to go with them.
Today, we will focus on the shochu menu. Shochu can be enjoyed in various ways, such as on the rocks or straight, but many people may not know what its characteristics are.
Today, we would like to introduce some of the brands we offer while explaining the different characteristics of shochu depending on the way you drink it.

Explanation of the characteristics of each shochu drink

First, let us introduce what types of shochu are available. The main types of shochu are: straight, on the rocks, with water, with hot water, and with soda.

Straight

Since nothing is added to the shochu, you can enjoy the flavor and taste of the shochu as it is. This way of drinking is also recommended when you want to enjoy the aroma of shochu.

On the Rocks

Shochu is served in a glass filled only with ice. This is a great way to enjoy the coolness of shochu during the coming hot season.

Water

Since shochu is mixed with water, the alcohol is diluted. This is the recommended way to drink shochu for beginners, and it also mellows the palate.

Hot water

Shochu is mixed with hot water. The aroma of the ingredients rises in the air when mixed with hot water. It is recommended not only in winter, but also in summer when the air conditioner cools the body.

Soda

A refreshing drink with a pleasant carbonation. It is recommended to drink it as if you were pouring it down while eating a dish with a strong taste or fatty texture.

There are recommended ways to enjoy each type.
