This gorgeous skewer is made from Daisen-dori, a brand-name chicken raised at the foot of Mt. Daisen with clean air and clean water. Chicken toro meat is the shoulder meat of a chicken, and is a rare part of the chicken, of which only a few dozen grams can be obtained from one bird. The fresh spiciness of wasabi goes perfectly with the concentrated flavor of the chicken meat.
