Motsu nabe is an excellent dish that is full of collagen, vitamins, minerals, and vegetables such as leek and cabbage, and is also very healthy. Beef Motsunabe (Taiwan) Course (with all-you-can-drink for 2 hours, 9 dishes, 4,500 yen)
Taiwanese motsu nabe is the main dish of this course. Please enjoy the collagen-rich plump motsu and plenty of vegetables in the spicy, slow-cooked soup. The combination of minced beef and motsu also goes well together. Other dishes include a full meal of hamo (conger eel) boiled with ume plum sauce, a colorful salad of summer vegetables, and three kinds of sashimi.
