How are you all doing? We say that autumn is the season for art, reading, and sports, but if you are thinking, "I really want to enjoy autumn with a good appetite! If you are thinking, "I want to fully enjoy the fall season," we would like to invite you to enjoy an autumn feast at our restaurant.
This time we are introducing a seasonal fish-centered dish.
Many people may first think of salmon when they hear the word "fall fish. Our restaurant also offers a seasonal dish called "Pasta with Salmon and Saiyashi Mushrooms in Burnt Soy Sauce Cream".
The seasonal salmon and plenty of mushrooms in an addictive sauce with charred garlic soy sauce are highly recommended.
I would like to introduce another dish featuring autumn fish.
The mackerel we usually eat are generally called "Mackerel" and "Goma Mackerel".2The mackerel is said to be two kinds of fish, but the mackerel is more fatty and is more highly traded.
The season for that mackerel is now autumn.
We offer fresh mackerel from the coast of Nagasaki as sashimi. We hope you enjoy the taste of the season with plenty of fat.
