Rakuzo Fuchu Branch offers a number of special courses in addition to a la carte dishes. This time, we would like to introduce the "Seasonal Taste Course," which allows you to fully enjoy the flavors of autumn.
The Seasonal Taste Course is a 10-course meal featuring seasonal vegetables and fish. For those who do not drink much, we also offer a dish-only course. The price for the dish-only course is 3,000 yen.
The main course is Saikyo-yaki, a specially selected pork dish. Of course, we also offer a course of dishes using the autumn flavors of salmon and mushrooms. The course contents are as follows.
Bruschetta of mackerel
Deep-fried red azuma fish
Vegetable] Deep-fried and soaked cartilage tsukune and shimabara shiitake mushrooms
Salad] Colored Vegetable Salad
Boiled edamame (soybeans)
Sashimi] Assorted 3 kinds of sashimi
Deep-fried red fish and squid in batter with spicy pickled eggplant tartar
Grilled pork with yuzu citrus aroma
Rice with salmon and salmon roe mushrooms
Dessert of the day: Upgrade for 200 yen (tax not included)
