Carefully and slowly, grilled rice balls

The special soy sauce-based sauce is applied over the rice several times, taking care not to ruin the rice, and the rice is grilled to a golden brown over time. The savory aroma of the sauce will spread throughout your mouth. Enjoy the unique texture of the grilled onigiri as it becomes crispy.
It is a simple dish, but it takes a long time to cook, so you probably do not have many chances to eat it at home. It takes a little time to serve, so we recommend ordering a little early. 490 yen (excluding tax) for 2 pieces.
 

A very satisfying dish - TKG with yakitori tsukune to finish

Tsukune with cartilage bones, a popular item on the skewer menu, is topped with egg yolk and plenty of green onions on white rice. When serving, please remove the tsukune from the skewer and loosen it well with chopsticks. We recommend mixing the tsukune thoroughly so that the rich sauce and egg yolk become coated with the tsukune. This small but satisfying dish is available for 550 yen (excluding tax).
