In order to allow our customers to enjoy not only the flavor but also the texture of beef tongue, we prepare it in thick slices, as opposed to the thin slices that are usually used at yakiniku restaurants. The fact that the beef tongue is thick yet crispy can be attributed to the fact that we use only the finest quality beef tongue.
