Tips for reheating takeout to make it more delicious! | Fuchu - RAKUZO Fuchu - All-Seater Room

Hello, I am the PR person in charge of RAKUZO Fuchu.

We offer take-out so that you can enjoy the taste of our restaurant easily. Please use it conveniently when you do not have time to cook dinner, for entertaining sudden visitors, or as a snack for dinner.
In this issue, we will introduce tips for reheating take-out. Please follow the tips and enjoy your food more closely to the taste of the restaurant.

Reheating is a trick.

One of our most popular takeout items is yakitori made with Oyama chicken, which is known for its meat quality and lack of tastiness. When reheating yakitori, it is important to keep the meat moist so that it does not become dry.

Wrap the grilled chicken in a cookie sheet, sprinkle a little sake on it, and reheat it on the pan to retain just the right amount of moisture for a delicious taste. Since the cookie sheet allows moisture to escape, it is recommended as it is less watery than using aluminum foil.

What are some tips for reheating fried foods?

Fried young chicken5When heated in a microwave oven, deep-fried dishes such as "fried gizzards (kan)" and "fried gizzards with silver skin" may become dry or too fatty with excess oil floating in the microwave.

To reheat fried food, place a piece of crumpled and stretched aluminum foil on the toaster baking sheet and place the fried food on the foil.2If you bake it for about 5 minutes, you can remove excess oil and reheat it deliciously. It's easy to do, so please give it a try.
