This season is gradually getting warmer and warmer. For those of you who are still craving hot nabe, we would like to introduce our current course meals. The main course is Yose-nabe, which is a dish of wakadori (young chicken) and soft-boned Tsukune (chicken bones) simmered together with vegetables. In addition to the ingredients, the soup, which is infused with the flavor of the vegetables and meat, is superbly delicious. The unique texture of the Tsukune with cartilage is also addictive, making it a delicious and enjoyable dish.
Seasonal Taste (Nabe) Course4,950Yen (incl. tax)
This course features a rich miso butter hot pot with juicy, specially selected pork. The rich miso and butter broth and the fine sweetness of the specially selected pork make an excellent match. Enjoy the relaxing taste.
Selected (hot pot) Course5,500Yen (incl. tax)
The main course is Rakuraku's Seri Nabe, in which you can enjoy plenty of fresh seri, which are in season in winter. The simplicity of this dish allows the flavor of the ingredients, including the seseri, to be fully appreciated. Be sure to taste the crunchy texture of the seseri as well.
Udon noodles are usually served as the finishing dish, but we serve Zosui (rice porridge) to those who apply for it at the time of reservation. Only for the Selected Course, it is possible to change to ramen in addition to zosui, so please consider this option when making your reservation.
Rakuzo Fuchu is a Japanese dining room with all private rooms.
