At our restaurant, our veteran chefs prepare the yakitori of Oyama Dori and bring it to you. Yakitori is a simple dish, but the best sear depends on the part of the meat. To create the best yakitori, careful attention must be paid to the best charcoal temperature, the distance between the meat and the ingredients, and the searing time.
