Hello, I am the PR person in charge of RAKUZO Fuchu.

When you think of our signature dish, what comes to mind? Yakitori made with Oyama chicken is one of our signature dishes, and many of our customers keep coming back.

This time, we would like to introduce our staff's favorite, the Oyama chicken yakitori.

Daisen-dori chickens are carefully raised at the foot of Mt. Daisen, a land of great natural beauty and clean water. Daisen-dori chicken raised in this rich natural environment has good meat quality and has very little peculiarity and tastiness that is often found in chicken meat. It is a chicken meat that is highly valued by many chefs.

At our restaurant, we prepare yakitori using such delicious Oyama chicken. Our highly skilled chefs are in charge of searing the chicken so that the surface is crispy and fragrant, and the inside is soft and juicy. The perfect amount of heat and timing is used to complete a superb yakitori dish.
