Hello, I am the PR person in charge of RAKUZO Fuchu.

 

Rakuzo Fuchu offers a completely private room with a mature Japanese modern atmosphere, where you can enjoy dishes including seared dishes made from carefully selected ingredients, as well as sake. We offer not only our regular menu including aburi, but also seasonal menus featuring seasonal ingredients and cooking methods.

 

Today, we would like to introduce our seasonal menu. This seasonal menu is only available now, so please take advantage of it for a variety of occasions.

 

Seasonal menus using delicious ingredients

We carefully select delicious ingredients and offer them as a seasonal menu. We have created a straw-roasted bonito tataki, which is full of umami and incorporates the flavor of the straw. It is served with your favorite condiments.

 

We prepare tempura using jumbo nameko mushrooms from Hida Takayama. The more you chew, the more you can enjoy its strong umami flavor. You can enjoy its unique texture.

 

Delicious beef menu

We have also prepared a limited menu featuring hearty beef. We have created beef skewers using medium-rare beef ribs, which have a rich, high-quality fat, rich umami flavor, and a good elasticity and crunchiness at the same time. Please enjoy it with our homemade steak sauce and Hokkaido wasabi.

 

We also offer a steak made from the thigh of Japanese black beef. Enjoy with homemade onion and apple sauce or grated horseradish.

 

Rakuzo Fuchu is a Japanese dining room with all private rooms.
