Hello, I am the PR person in charge of RAKUZO Fuchu.

 

Some of you may have been busy in 2024 with New Year's visits, New Year's greetings, and the start of work. While you have more happy memories, you may also be feeling a little tired. In such cases, let Rakuzo help you. We have prepared a takeout menu suitable for the main course of your dinner table.

 

This menu is easy on the stomach.

When the New Year's feast continues, we recommend our signature "dashi-scented dashi maki tamago" (rolled egg). The gentle flavor of the dashi will flutter in your mouth. Please enjoy the soft and fluffy texture and the rich flavor of the egg.

If you have time, we recommend serving it with daikon (Japanese radish), which is in season in winter. Please enjoy grated daikon on top of dashimaki tamago with a dash of soy sauce.

 

Enjoy our signature Oyama chicken at home!

Oyama chicken skewers are our specialty, and are known for their high quality meat. We offer it as a takeout menu so that you can enjoy it at home.

The "Oyama Dori Tsukune Skewer with Cartilage" is a perfect combination of the chunky texture of the tsukune and the crunchy cartilage, and is recommended not only as a main dish, but also as an accompaniment to beer. We have also prepared the "Oyama Dori Kushiyaki Assortment" so that you can enjoy the taste of various parts of the bird.
