The "dashi-scented dashimaki tamago" is one of our most popular menu items, carefully prepared using dashi broth with an elegant flavor. Please enjoy it as it is and experience the taste of the dashi spreading in your mouth, the flavor of the egg, and the fluffy texture and smoothness of the egg.
