■Kaeware Okaka 539 yen (tax included)

A dish of crispy, fresh Kaiware topped with a generous amount of bonito flakes. It is a simple yet addictive dish. The spiciness of the kaiware and the flavor of okaka (bonito-flavored bonito flakes), the more you bite into the dish, the more the flavor spreads, making it a delicious combination that will keep you coming back for more.

◆Home-made name mushrooms and grated oni 539 yen (tax included)

This is a gem of a dish with plenty of grated daikon and homemade nameko mushrooms on top. The combination of the flavor of enoki mushrooms and the refreshing taste of daikon is irresistible. For example, we recommend enjoying it with sake or shochu. How about this as a chopstick rest?

 

Enjoy the flavor that spreads from the shellfish strings.

■Scallop Shellfish Ponzu 649 yen (tax included)

This dish is served with grated radish, wakame seaweed, and yakumi (condiments) together with shellfish strings and ponzu (Japanese sauce made from ponzu citrus juice) for a refreshing taste. The more you bite into the shellfish, the more the flavor spreads, making this a delicious dish that is not only refreshing.
