素材にこだわった単品大串

スタンダードな焼き鳥串のほかに、大串として素材にこだわった炙り串をご用意しています。肉質の良さで知られる大山どりのなかでも大山どり 鶏トロ肉の大串塩焼き 山葵添え」は、ジューシーで旨みたっぷりのトロ肉を使用。脂の甘みをダイレクトに味わっていただけるよう、シンプルな塩焼きでお持ちいたします。わさびを添ええてお召し上がりいただくと、ちょっぴり爽やかにお召し上がりいただけますよ。

「栗豚使用 豚タンの大串焼き」も、豚肉の甘い味わいがお好きな方から大人気。こちらは噛むほどに旨みが広がる絶品串。タレと塩の2種類でご用意しています。
