Hello, I am the PR person in charge of RAKUZO Fuchu.

Our restaurant offers a wide variety of special banquet courses to suit the season. The "Selected Course," in which you can enjoy an abundance of tastes unique to the current season, is a course with ingredients that are a little more luxurious than those found in our other courses. This course is perfect for entertaining guests and for dinner parties.

High-quality beef steaks are the main dish.

For the main dish of the "Selected Course," we offer a specially selected beef steak. We hope you will enjoy this steak made from high quality red meat, which is moist and tender in texture and full of flavor with every bite.

In addition to the main dishes, we also offer assorted sashimi, fried dishes, and other dishes that will make your drinks go down a treat. Of course, we also have meals and desserts to fill you up.

The detailed dishes of the entire course are as follows

Tororo somen noodles with salmon roe and scallion

Vegetable appetizers: egg tofu with summer vegetables and starchy sauce, chilled shabu-shabu and wakame seaweed with leek and ginger sauce, home-made deep-fried minced shrimp with grated shiso leaf.
