Seasonal recommended dishes such as eggplant and pike conger eel! Seasonal specialties|Rakuzo-Rakuzo-Fuchu

Hello, I am the PR person in charge of RAKUZO Fuchu.

At our store1Throughout the year, we develop a menu of seasonal recommendations using the best of the season's flavors.

Currently, we are serving mainly summer delicacies such as mizu-nasu (eggplant) and pike conger eel.

Today, we would like to introduce a seasonal delicacy that is our speciality.

It is the perfect accompaniment to alcoholic beverages.

A crisp menu to ease the summer heat

As a chopstick rest, we recommend sashimi made with fresh mizu nasu (eggplant).

The juicy texture and the elegant flavor of the white broth are a perfect match.

Served by the slice, it is perfect for sharing.

Serve with your favorite condiments.

An exquisite collaboration of the sea's bounty

One menu item that would be nice to have at the table is this vinegared dish made with boiled conger eel and wakame seaweed, which should not be missed.

The wakame seaweed is made from thick-fleshed Sanriku seaweed, which gives it a firm texture.

The conger eel also has a concentrated flavor and is very satisfying.

Why not nourish your summer-battered body?

Accented with a crunchy and fluffy texture

Although most people enjoy boiled hamo (conger eel), we are now offering freshly cured hamo with pork cutlet!

The batter is crispy and the meat is fluffy and light.

When serving, please combine with grated ume plum and sansho (Japanese pepper) salt, which is served on the plate, to taste.

In addition, the seasonally limited menu also includes vermicelli spicy noodles with a deliciously spicy broth.

Why not take this opportunity to taste a gem that is only available now?
