How about a delicious hot pot to liven up your winter meal? How about a delicious hot pot?

Hello, I am the PR person in charge of RAKUZO Fuchu.

When it comes to a dish that tastes better in the cold winter, you can't go wrong with hot pot. Nabe is one of the most popular winter dishes at our restaurant, and it makes the cold winter weather more enjoyable. In this issue, we would like to introduce a selection of our recommended hot pot dishes for this winter. If there is something you are interested in, please take this opportunity to order it.

Rakura's famous hot pot

One hot pot that has become a regular winter favorite at Rakurakura is theThis is "Rakura's Seared Duck Nabe". It is a very juicy hot pot with plenty of duck meat. The surface of the duck is quickly seared, so the flavor of the meat overflows onto the surface. The rich flavor of the duck meat makes both the meat and the broth extremely tasty.Vegetables that have absorbed a lot of the delicious broth are also excellent. It is not unusual to hear even those who do not usually eat much vegetables say, "I can eat a lot of vegetables in this hot pot.

."Rakura's Aburi-Duck Nabe can be ordered in quantities of two for 1,529 yen (tax included) per person. For those who want more duck meat, we recommend ordering duck meat that can be added as an individual item. Additional duck meat can be added as an individual item for 869 yen per person (tax included).

One-person pots are also OK!

If you are drinking alone or just want to enjoy hot pot to fill up your stomach, you can use the "How about the "Yose-konabe", a small hot pot of thick Hakucho soup? It is a hearty dish made with chicken, tsukune with cartilage bones, and white meat fish. The flavorful, yet light, Hakodyu soup is known to be very satisfying, even in a small pot.
