夏の素材を逸品料理に仕上げました

「北海水ダコの薄作り」853円（税込）は、日本酒や焼酎はもちろん、ビールとの相性も抜群の夏の逸品です！旬の水ダコを、サッパリとしたポン酢でお召し上がりください。

「手羽先の照り焼きカレーチキン」691円（税込）では、カレーの味わいとお酒の相性をお楽しみいただきます。カレー風味の照り焼きチキンには、国産の手羽先を使っていますよ！また、夏の素材としては欠かせないゴーヤーを使った「豚肉と豆冨のゴーヤーチャンプルー」810円（税込）もおすすめです。ビールとの相性は格別ですよ！

〆の一品には、「薬味たっぷり冷かけすだち蕎麦」810円（税込）をご用意しました。サッパリとした味わいと爽やかな香りが、夏バテを癒してくれるはずです！すだちのビタミンCは、免疫力を高める効果も期待できるんですよ！

夏のデザートも揃っています！

夏のデザートとしては、フランス産岩塩を使用した「ブルーソルトアイス」280円（税込）と、北海道産クリームチーズの味わいが決め手の「濃厚メロンのクリームチーズムース」680円（税込）をご用意しています。
