当店では、季節の食材を使用した冬のおすすめメニューをご用意しています。

「全席個室 楽蔵‐RAKUZO‐ 博多筑紫口店」では、冬のおすすめとして、期間限定のメニューをご用意しています。

写真のメニューは「牛ホルモン唐揚げ　ヤンニョムソース」です。適度な脂と独特の歯ごたえが特徴のシマチョウを唐揚げにして、特製の甘辛ダレに絡めたひと品。ピリ辛の味わいはビールやサワーとの相性もばっちりです！

また、旬の牡蠣を使用した「牡蠣の柳川風」も一押しの逸品。ぷりぷりの牡蠣を玉子でふんわりと閉じた、寒い日にぴったりのメニューです。
