一品目にご紹介するのは、「お刺身」です。色鮮やかな海鮮素材の旨味をそのままご堪能いただけるお刺身は、日本酒や焼酎などしっぽり飲みのお供にぴったりです。写真の「本日のお造り」のほか「特選お造り三品盛り／1,309円（税込）」や「特選お造り五品盛り／1,969円（税込）」もご用意していますので、お好みの一皿をお楽しみください。

続いてご紹介するのは、炙りで楽しむ海鮮料理のおすすめ「ホッケの一夜干し」です。くせが少なく食べやすいと言われているほっけをお召し上がりになりませんか？ほどよい食べごたえとお酒との相性も良くおすすめの一品です。漂う香ばしい香りがやみつきになる方は少なくないはず。ぜひご賞味ください。
