Hello, I am the PR person in charge of Rakuzo Hakata Chikushiguchi Ekimae Store.
Our restaurant offers many local specialties from Hakata, Fukuoka.
All of them are popular items, but one dish that is loved by many is the "motsu nabe," or "motsu hot pot.
Today, we would like to introduce a very popular Hakata dish, "motsunabe".
We offer two types of seasonings for our motsu nabe.
One is "White Motsunabe". The other is "aka motsunabe" (red motsunabe).
Shiro-motsu nabe is seasoned with white miso paste and has a strong garlic flavor.
On the other hand, akamotsu nabe has a spicy taste with chili peppers.
All of the motsu nabe (hot pot) used in our restaurant are plump and juicy. The texture is irresistible to those who love motsu.
The taste is made possible by using only the freshest, most carefully selected tidbits, which we procure through our original channels.
Definitely a must-try at least once.
Please place your order for a minimum of 2 servings of motsu nabe.
Both the white and red motsu nabe are priced at a very reasonable 1,371 yen per person (including tax).
Our motsu (fish entrails) will never disappoint you.
Whether you are a motsu lover or not, we hope you will try it.
