Hello, I am the PR person in charge of Rakuzo Hakata Chikushiguchi Ekimae Store.

Since Kyushu is very large, many people do not have the opportunity to visit other prefectures. However, Kyushu has a variety of delicious cuisine, and you would like to try it sometime, wouldn't you? If so, please come to our restaurant! We are holding a Kyushu Fair at our restaurant, offering a variety of delicious dishes found in Kyushu! In this issue, we would like to introduce some of our most recommended menu items.

 

A ham cutlet that is very satisfying!

The first dish we recommend is the Unzen Pork Ham Cutlet for 400 yen (excluding tax). The ham is made from Unzen pork, a brand-name pork from Nagasaki Prefecture, and is very thick and filling! You will enjoy the juicy pork flavor when you bite into it.

 

Kumamoto is famous for its horse meat!

Next, we recommend the "Sakura Yukke" (cherry blossom yukke) for 1,380 yen (excluding tax). Kumamoto Prefecture is famous for its horse meat. At our restaurant, we serve horse meat directly from Kumamoto in the form of yukke. It is truly a superb dish when mixed with egg!

Lastly, we recommend the Hakata Vinegared Motsu, 450 yen (excluding tax). Vinegared mori is synonymous with Hakata snacks, and is a must-have. It is a refreshing dish that can be eaten with a crunch.
