畑の肉と言われる枝豆は、たんぱく質や糖質など栄養素が豊富に含まれ、中でも注目なのが、メチオニンと言われる成分です。枝豆のタンパク質の中に含まれている「メチオニン」とビタミンの働きによって二日酔い予防に良いと言われています。
