We are now offering a limited time menu featuring ingredients that are in season during the fall. All of our dishes are made with the finest ingredients and bring out their original flavors and aromas. Our chefs put a lot of time and effort into preparing these dishes, and their careful work is reflected in the dishes.

This is "Sashimi of Nagasaki Sea Mackerel". This is sashimi of the fatty mackerel from off the coast of Nagasaki, which is in season at this time of year. The plump meat and the mackerel's delicious flavor are enhanced in this dish, which allows you to experience the taste of the season. It goes especially well with Japanese sake, such as shochu and sake.
