10月中旬、秋本番といったところですが、みなさまいかがお過ごしでしょうか。当店では秋のおすすめメニューとして、秋に旬を迎える食材を用いた、期間限定のメニューをご提供しております。いずれも食材の魅力をしっかりと引き出したものばかりとなっておりますので、この機会にぜひ一度ご賞味くださいませ。

今回はその中から、おすすめの2品をご紹介いたします。お食事として、あるいはお酒のあてとして、ぜひご賞味くださいませ。

焼き方にこだわったステーキです

こちらは「国産A4和牛 赤身肉のステーキ 」。上質な和牛を使い、表面を焼き固めてからオーブンで熱を入れていくことで、お肉の旨みが逃げないように仕上げています。ひとくち食べれば牛肉の旨味が口の中で弾け、幸せな気持ちになれることでしょう。添えてある「ハーブ塩」やわさびなど、お好みの味つけでお召し上がりくださいませ。

締めに「クッパ」はいかがですか？

こちらは「〆のピリ辛カルビクッパ」です。韓国料理の定番であるクッパを、当店流にアレンジした一品です。ほどよい辛さが食欲を刺激して、最後までおいしく召しあがっていただけますよ。お食事としてはもちろんのこと、飲んだ後の締めの一品としても、おすすめです。
