Hello, I am the PR manager for Rakuzo Hakata Chikushi Exit Store.

Our restaurant offers seasonal and limited-time-only dishes. We are currently holding a Kyushu Fair featuring delicious foods from all over Kyushu. We hope you will enjoy a wide variety of snacks from each region that will make your drinks go down a treat.

Oita's specialty, Toriten (chicken tempura).

Chicken thighs are used for karaage, but chicken breast is usually used for toriten. We use shio koji (salted malt) for the breast meat to make our toriten moist and tender. It is served with grated ponzu (Japanese sauce made from grated ponzu citrus juice) for a refreshing taste. 650 yen (excluding tax).

Plenty of Tartar Miyazaki Chicken Nanban

Chicken Nanban, born in Miyazaki, is now a nationwide favorite. Crispy chicken soaked with the flavor of sweet and sour sauce and served with a generous amount of tartar sauce. This dish is recommended when you want to eat with gusto, and is available for 637 yen (excluding tax).

Served with Sake or Shochu Horse Sashimi

Fresh horse sashimi from Kumamoto is a must-try for those who love to drink. Please order it with your favorite sake or shochu. It is served at 1,190 yen (excluding tax).

We also offer other snacks such as "mizutaki" and "takiki-gyoza" that are perfect for this season.
