最初の1皿に最適なお料理としては、当店の職人が丁寧に仕上げる「だし香るこだわり出汁巻玉子」640円（税抜）や、日本酒がすすむ「薬味まみれの冷奴」490円（税抜）、「エイヒレの炙り焼き」680円（税抜）などがおすすめです。お酒との相性を考えた味付けと調理法にこだわっていますので、ぜひご賞味くださいませ。

「ホッケの一夜干し」640円（税抜）や「炙り〆鯖」890円（税抜）、「赤魚の西京焼き」650円（税抜）といった、日本酒や焼酎によく合う海鮮料理も豊富に取り揃えています。その日の仕入れによって変わる「本日のカマ焼き」690円（税抜）もおすすめですよ。

このほかにも、新鮮なお魚をお刺身にして盛り合わせた「特選お造り五品盛り」1,690円（税抜）や、女子会に最適な「海鮮ユッケ」630円（税抜）などもございます。
