Our seared menu offers a variety of mouth-watering meat dishes. To enjoy with beer or sake, we recommend the "Special Beef Misuji Steak with Grated Onion and Apple Sauce" (1,190 yen, excluding tax), which is made from a rare part of beef sinew, or the exceptionally flavorful "Seared Beef Tongue" (1,390 yen, excluding tax)!

In addition to the above, we also offer other gutsy dishes such as "US medium fall ribs dice steak" for 990 yen (excluding tax) and "Respectfully prepared! Herb Sausage Seared" for 790 yen (excluding tax).

If you want to enjoy various types of meat all together, try our signature dish, "Rakuzo's 3 Kinds of Meat Platter" for 1,290 yen (excluding tax)! This menu item is a gem of a dish that includes seared medium-rare ribs, specially selected pork, and young chicken on a single plate.

Also recommended is the "Assorted 5 Japanese Skewers" for 950 yen (excluding tax), which includes 5 skewers of momo, negima, gizzard, chicken skin, and liver.
