いろいろなメニューを幅広くそろえている「楽蔵博多筑紫口駅前」の、名物メニューといえば本格炙りです。当店では、職人の手によって仕上げる、各種本格炙りメニューをご提供しております。

ボリュームのあるメニューを選びたいときはもちろん、日本酒や焼酎に合う炙りを楽しみたいときにもおすすめです。本日は、当店でご提供しているお肉の本格炙りメニューを紹介します。

ビールはもちろんいろいろなお酒に合う炙り

絶妙な火加減で香ばしさとうまみが同時に楽しめる、絶品炙りをそろえました。ぱきっとした食感がたまらないソーセージは、ピリ辛チョリソーと自家製のハーブソーセージの2種類をご用意しております。

ブランド地鶏である大山どりのもも肉と、国産親鶏の黒焼きをミックスにしました。見た目のインパクトはありますが、鶏肉の香ばしさも楽しめる絶妙な炙りメニューです。

ボリュームも大満足の牛肉の炙り

ボリュームや食べ応えが欲しいときにおすすめの、牛肉の炙りを各種ご用意しました。サイコロステーキにすることで、おはしでそのまま食べられるUS産中落カルビのステーキや、おつまみで人気の牛タンの炙りをご用意しております。

やわらかさがたまらない牛ミスジ肉のステーキは、希少部位でもあります。
